Kitchens, makers, light up Diwali.
Indian and South Asian kitchens, diya-lit market traders, and makers: apply to be on-site on Saturday, November 7 at Jules B-Part. One curated stall per cuisine or category; applications stay open until we're full.
Gastro
Indian kitchen
- Bring a cuisine that fits the Diwali table: biryani, chaat, dosa, tandoor, Indo-Chinese, or mithai
- Ability to run a full day at a Berlin venue (12:00 to 22:30)
- Health and food-safety paperwork in order (we help with the on-site checks)
- Both card and cash accepted on the day
Independent
Diya-lit market · maker table
- Independent makers: vintage, saris, jewellery, prints, diyas, henna, plants. Indian-influenced curation preferred
- One curated table, quality over volume
- Full-day availability preferred (12:00 to 22:30)
- Bring your own table and display unless agreed otherwise

What to send
The form covers the essentials. If you'd rather email or WhatsApp, send us roughly this:
- Your name, business, and what you sell
- Cuisine or category, plus 3 to 5 sample items (food) or 5 to 10 hero items (market)
- Veg / vegan / halal / GF tags where relevant
- Pricing range so we can keep the floor friendly
- Photos of your setup, food, or table
- Past markets or pop-ups you've done (a link or Instagram is enough)
Curated lineup. Apply early.
We confirm kitchens first, then makers, typically eight weeks out. Earlier applications get the better pitches.
